TempeHiker visited Optimist Park in Tempe on 11 May 2006. He walked past a yellow rose on his way to the park.
The city had done an excellent job removing the graffiti from the picnic tables.
Two collections of utility boxes still contained graffiti. And the Optimist Park sign still had graffiti. In addition, a couple of signs on the Fuller Elementary School chain-link fence still had graffiti.
