Graffiti War at Optimist Park in Tempe

TempeHiker is documenting a graffiti war that is occuring at Optimist Park in Tempe.

Optimist Park is adjacent to Fuller Elementary School. Most of the signs around the school contain graffiti.

Here is a graffiti'd picnic table with Fuller Elementary school in the background. Here is another picnic table with Fuller Elementary School in the background.

The following are pictures of picnic tables that contained graffiti a few weeks ago, were cleaned, and then in a couple of days later contained graffiti again.

This is the first garbage can we encountered with graffiti.

Tempe city employees must not be allowed to remove graffiti from utility boxes like these and like these.
