Optimist Park looks pristine from the street, but the park is suffering a major graffiti problem.
The Optimist Park sign still had graffiti.
On our last visit to Optimist Park, almost all of the picnic tables had graffiti on them. Somebody did a sloppy job covering the graffiti up.

It appears as though city park workers are not allowed to cover up graffiti found on utility boxes.
