TempeHiker took the Route 66 bus to downtown Tempe getting of at 13th Street and Mill Avenue at Birchett Park.
Birchett Park is a great place to take pictures of ASU's Gammage Center.
Birchett Park is bounded by 13th Street to the south, Mill Avenue to the east, and Apache Boulevard to the west. We left Birchett Park heading north on Mill Avenue.
The western edge of Arizona State University is across the street from Birchett Park. { flags}
It was difficult to read the sun dial.
This Welcome to Tempe sign is located at the southwest corner of City Hall.
This tall sculpture is west of City Hall and east of Mill Avenue.
Sitewire has offices in the historic Andre Building located on Mill Avenue. The sign said to visit so we did.
