Our 5-day roadtrip was 1,169 miles long. It included visits to two National Parks and three National Monuments. We crossed the Continental Divide four times. We drove on US Hwy-40, US Hwy-50, and the Dinosaur Diamond and Gold Belt Scenic Byways. We did Yampa River State Park, Dinosaur Hill, Royal Gorge, Pikes Peak and Seven Falls. We visited the towns of Fruita, Grand Junction, Delta, Canon City, Cripple Creek and Denver's capitol complex. Our flight home on US Airways went smoothly.
