On 15 December 2003, the Arizona Republic published a letter by a Mitch Wayne of Scottsdale, Arizona. I know a Mitch Wayne who makes Scottsdale his home. I want to extend a Thank You to Mitch for reminding us how great it is to be an American and how important the Bill of Rights are with respect to our Freedoms.
